The word influencer is sort of a buzz word these days as it pertains to social media.  However, as you and I walk with the Lord He actually calls us to be an influencer.  The word influence means; the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone else.

Are you influencing others?  I love our scripture today as it tells us to stir up one another to love and good works and to encourage one another.  That is what you and I should be doing in this crazy world.

Here are 5 traits of a Godly influencer;

Be authentic-  In other words be real

Be compassionate- Love on those who are going through hard times,

Be Honest-  Don't embellish things just tell the truth.

Be Excellent-  Do things in excellence not half way.

Be Gentle-  Be kind. 

I read a statement that said the way Jesus influenced people was by education (teaching them His Word) and personal example.  Be an influencer for the Kingdom!
