A friend of mine shared a routine that he goes through every day.  This program seems to keep him on track and it gives him direction and balance for his day.  There is a process for growth and progress.  It doesn't come all at once.  Our walk with the Lord is a step by step walk. Maybe this routine will help you walk your walk.

Bread

Breath- This is your quite time with the Lord to read to pray and listen.

Read-  Time to read the Word and other material to help you grow.

Exercise-  Physical exercise helps to keep you healthy and moving forward.

Affirmations- Speak God's promises over your life.  Confess who you are in Christ. Healthy self talk!

Dream-  The dreams that God wants us to pursue are the ones that are linked to our true and genuine desires and that align with His truth. God wants to use our unique gifts and circumstances, aligned with the desires He has embedded into our souls, to do great and wonderful things built on love.
