What happens when things are going good? What things happen when you are happy? Have you ever thought about how positive emotions affect us?  There is a study out there called Positive Psychology.  It is the study of what happen when things go great in our lives. What is it that happens when we are resilient? What happens when we tap into our strengths?

Life coach Valorie Burton says "Positive emotion is a success strategy."  When you are happier you are more creative, set better goals, make better decisions.  We are actually stronger when we are happier and that is a cushion to the stressors. 

In walking out our day to day lives, working on our jobs, building our business, or serving in our church, our mind set is very important.  God's Word tell us to cast down thoughts that do not line up with God's Word.  The scripture tells us to think on these things, whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely and of a good report....  It is called a growth mindset.  God is taking us from glory to glory.  We are being transformed by the renewing of our minds.  We are learning more and more about the Lord and His way of doing things, so we are constantly growing.

I encourage you today to develop a growth mindset and look at the positive ways you can grow and learn.  Even when things go wrong, look for the win!
