Back when we lived in Tennessee Ed and I were in dis-unity about a decision he had made.  I knew it was a wrong decision but Ed felt it was the right one.  What a dilemma!  I can remember sitting on the steps of my home fussing at God.  "Lord, you know this isn't right!  You have to do something!!."  When I finally got quite the Lord spoke to me," You ask me to deliver your husband from alcohol and I did, you ask me to bring him into the Kingdom and he got saved, it's not that you don't trust Ed, you don't trust Me to lead him."

That was a hard pill to swallow.  The fact is that God is faithful, He has a plan, and His ways are higher than ours.  I encourage you today to trust the Lord's leadership.  He knows what is best  for you all the time.  He has your best interest at heart and He is faithful, powerful, gentle, and ever so patient.  He is a good leader and everything He does is with love.
